Karel  is an independent cinematographer based in Prague, Czech republic.

Member of ČFTA (Czech Film and Television Academy) and EFA (European Film Academy)

He graduated in Cinematography from the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU) with a master degree in 2007. Since then, he worked as Director of Photography and Camera operator on large number of various projects (feature movies, commercials, TV series …)

For his work he has been repeatedly awarded at festivals in Europe and the United States as well as by the Czech Cinematographers Association.
